This sculpture was created for the courtyard at 378 West End Avenue, New York, NY. This was a two year process that began with sourcing the whole tree logs that would be needed. Then these catalpa logs were milled and rough sculpted before being kiln dried. A Steel armature was fabricated to support the various sections of the wood sculpture. The artwork was finally installed in the summer of 2022.
