Thomas Hosmer Shepherd often collaborated with his brother, George Sidney Shepherd with works like the Ackermann’s Repository of the Arts. Shepherd worked as a drawing master which led to him meeting Fredrick Crace. Crace constantly commissioned Shepherd to make watercolors of specific areas in London.
