This 24" x 24" acrylic painting on canvas by Montenegro-born, Oklahoma City-based artist Dragana Milovic is an abstracted depiction of the face of the moon. The translucent oval is set against a backdrop of soft oranges, yellows, blues and greens. The work is inspired by the artist's fascination with the shine of a full moon, with a small sliver of gold leaf shining in the center. The work features varying smaller designs such as squiggle-shapes, horizontal lines, and dotted patterns. The painting is painted with a thick, tan border to create an abstracted frame in which part of the composition protrudes outward in the bottom right corner. The work is titled and signed by the artist on the back, top left corner.

Milovic currently lives and works as a professional artistic painter in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Dragana has exhibited her work in a number of exhibitions, both solo and group exhibitions and art symposiums throughout Europe. Her works are a part of many public and private collections.
