My slab built, highly textured ceramic house forms reflect on the idiosyncrasies of my everyday family life in the communities I've lived. Wheels add the symbolism of movement and change, and crows – with their intelligence and enviable hutzpah - add to the narrative. I've always loved the changing light on dryland pasture grass creating scenes of purple, blue, gold and green.
