Location: Chapel
Donor/ lender: Ahmanson
Judas betrayed Jesus for 30 shekels of silver, and then with a betrayal kiss or "Judas Kiss" as it is sometimes referred to. Afterwards, he hung himself.
Judas is represented dressed in green and yellow (the Devil's colours), either without a Halo or with a black and dark halo. In his hand he holds a purse. He is frequently portrayed as having red hair and a small figure of a devil at his ear or leaping out of his mouth.
In southern counties on Good Friday, a doll representing Judas can be seen hanging by his neck above the entrances to churches.
According to one tradition, the "day of untrustworthiness" is April 1st, which was Judas Iscariot's birthday, giving way to the term "April Fool".

P.B. is here inspired by a famous sculpture in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, representing the Pharaoh Akhenaton kissing his children.
