Zilberman is thrilled to announce an Open Call for Young Fresh Different: Miami Edition, in collaboration with Fountainhead Arts.

Young Fresh Different (YFD) aims to provide a platform for young artists and foster dialogues between them and the gallery. Originating in 2009 as a means of connecting with young artists in Turkey, YFD has since evolved into an annual group exhibition curated by an independent jury.

As Zilberman continues to evolve, so does YFD, expanding its reach beyond national borders with the addition of the Florida and Berlin editions. This expansion signifies a new chapter for Young Fresh Different, aiming to engage with diverse artistic communities globally and provide opportunities for emerging artists beyond Turkey.

Young Fresh Different Miami, in partnership with Fountainhead Arts, offers emerging artists in Florida a unique opportunity to showcase their work. Selected artists will receive a $300 USD honorarium, and their artworks will be exhibited in a group show at Zilberman Miami in the Design District, available for sale during the exhibition.

Submission Guidelines:

- Eligibility: Artists under 35 years old based in Florida are invited to apply.

- Application: Artists are required to complete and submit an online form available on our website.

- Submission Requirements:

- An image of one finished and available artwork per artist.

- Portfolio showcasing the artist's body of work.

- Deadline for Applications: April 20

Selection Committee:

A distinguished selection committee will evaluate and select the artworks for exhibition. The committee includes:

- Curator: Omar López-Chahoud

- Collector: Teresa Enriquez

- Zilberman Representatives: Gladys Garrote & Nazli Yayla

- Artist: Omar Barquet

Selected Artists will be announced on May 8th
